I have a Red Lion Data Station Plus that has been in service since Feb, 2011. I have a simple config to pass info between a CompactLogix and a Yokogawa (Modbus TCP). I was trying to add communication between the Yokogawa and a couple of MicroLogix 1100's. Using USB and the latest Crimson 3.0 , I did a send. The software said "Erasing configuration" then closed dialog box. Nothing happened after that. The erase did apparently happen, because no information is being passed. I used a Windows 7 computer to try the download. I then loaded the Crimson on an XP machine. Same results each time. Says erasing then nothing.

Anyone with thoughts?

Thought I might add that I tried loading the original file from Feb 2011 with the same "Erasing configuration" followed by nothing.

Update I found a copy of build 252 and tried it. Works just fine - back on line. Now I need to find out why build 493 is an issue.
