Mitsu Gx Develop PC Environ

Im new to Mitsubishi PLC.
1. Using GX Developer Prof
2. USB 232 lead FX-USB- AW
3. FX3UC PLC
4. W7 SP1 32bit Toshiba Satellite laptop

GX loaded OK. When i try to communicate i get error
"Problems in environment setting of the PC- ES:0180800d"

Troubleshoot compatability doesnt help.

I switched to Virtual XP on same laptop and all works fine, but i would prefer to use W7.

Any ideas anyone?o_O
