AB 5-25 to 5-30

Recently, I have upgraded a few of our AB plc 5-25 processors to 5-30.
For the most part I have concentrated on getting everything set up for using BT files instead of N:xx. So far everything has worked out great. Last night one of our panelviews was showing an alarm "??????16."
Im not sure if this is related or not (seems highly suspect though) nonetheless Im not to as concerned about the alarm, as much as, what else should I look into when upgarading processors of this type? Has anyone had any similar experience with this? Is there anything else I should focus on, other than the BT files?
One things for sure, the 5-30s are SWEET compared to the 5-25s.

I did this years ago,,, 5-25 to 5-40, and the only thing
that really threw us off was that the 5/40 was so darn fast
that new problems came up, where none were present before.

You can use S:77 to slow the scan time a bit until you
work out all the speed issues, though.
