Omron TCDEI-8YYX-DYU version 4.1.1.0

We have one application with Omron NJ501-1300 PLC and TCDEI-8YYX-DYU with firmware version 4.1.1.0.
We are looking for eds file to be able to communicate the scanner with the module.
We have already trying with eds version 3.6 but with no success.
