hi everybody i want to control the speed of variable frequency drive VFD by using siemens s7-300 . is there anyone who can help me that how i can applied signal to VFD from analoag channel of PLc .?? and how i can set the parameters.?

Is the drive on Profibus or is it a stand alone unit? There is more than one way to do this. You have to prodive more details first before someone can show you the right way to do it.

This is all covered in the manuals. You should have a wiring diagram for the drive you have in the manual, and it should also have instructions on how to navigate the keypad menus for setup. If yu don't have the manual you are in trouble.

Easiest way would be to use relay outputs for your STOP/FWD/REV signals and an analog output for the speed reference.

It is all covered in the manual.

yes it is stand alone device im using FVR-c9s 0.1kw fuji electric VFD.
