What is the Raw Value for the analog input in siemens S7-200.My cpu is CPU226. My analog slot is 231-0HF22-0XA8. is it 6400 to 32767 for (4-20mA)

6400 to 32000 for 4-20mA. Assumptions - you have wired the system for mA input, you have set the DIL switches for 0-5V, you have set the analogue input averaging and deadband to a suitable level for your input device. Inputs will be on AIw0, AIW2....etc, you will need to scale them to get a mA reading or to convert them to Volts, Amps, Temperature etc.
