i having some issues with a beckhoff plc. can any one assist

i am getting a message " soft PLC unknown and JPC trace

i am using a beckhoff plc to run a multi-vac packaging machine. however i am getting a message "jpc trace" soft PLC unknow. what are the possibile cause of this and how can i fix this problem
 
I have never seen a message like that from Beckhoff's TwinCAT or System Manager. It sounds like it might be a message from a custom Windows program that supervises the PLC. What program are you interacting with when the message pops up?
