Need ur help..My analog input cant show the value

hello... i'm trying to take an analog value from transmitter..
i'm using OMRON CS1G-CPU45, and the analog module is CS1W-AD16,
the analog value is 1-5V, i have measured the analog value on the Analog module and the vaule is 4.3V, but whe i checked on CX programmer the vaule is nothing...please help me..

Did you add the analog module without shutting down the PLC? Many PLCs do not like a module to be inserted with the power on. Check your manual to see the correct procedure for adding a module to the PLC I/O configuration.
