A problem of Ethernet connection with crossover cable

Hi
I am having some problems when the crossover cable is connected b/w computer and PLC.
Before connection, I connected computer and PLC by using 'NetEdit3', inputting IP address, etc. And then I tried to connect through the Ethernet in PLC ladder logic. But it is not working. The error massage was appeared( attached file).
what is problems?
