Ramp Soak in Direct Soft 5

Hello,

I am looking for an example of using the Ramp / Soak Generator that is included in Direct Soft 5's PID. Could someone please help me. I have talked to Tech Support, and verified my logic. Something is still missing. Time is of the essence as the customer is needs this for their production. Thank you!
 
If no one posts a working program can you post the 3 values in your PID table relating to the Ramp/Soak, the contents of the Ramp/Soak table and any logic rungs relating to the R/S control?
