I have the starter edition. Everything was working until I did a disk defrag and clean up. My activation is to a DONGLE.
When I try to use the program I get "the copy protection License for the application could not be acquired" I have tried everything in the Activation program and am put on hold when I call Rockwell. Any ideas ?
When I am in the Activation program and look where my files are it says they are in C/doc/all/rock/act. I see no xml files.
The file on my dongle is
