rslogix500 descriptions in chinese

Hello guys

I have a problem with descrptions on rslogix500 file
when I open the file in my PC, descriptions are strange symbols
how can I meake my rslogix diplay descritions correctly (chinese) in order to make a translations online?
any body has had that problem
