S7300 <=> S7200 comm problem

I'm trying to read data from S7200 via CP-243-1 to 315-2PN/DP.
I don't use CP 343-1 but Ethernet Interface integrated in s7300 CPU.

I did everything (configured connections, IPs, TSAPs etc. in both PLCs) according to siemens manual ID 17369594:

In S7300 in NetPro communication status is "Set up", S7200 shows that connection is ok. When I'm using "GET" function (FB14) in S7300 I'm always geting error code 1. Any ideas?
