RS Logix 500 SCL instruction

Welcome to the forum.

If you are using a 5/03, 5/04, 5/05, or any Micrologix processor I strongly recommend you use the SCP instruction instead of the SCL instruction. You can find details on how to use the instructions in the manual mentioned in the previous post that you can get at http://www.rockwellautomation.com/literature/literature.html

One of our forum members wrote an excellent post on how to scale. He covers the SCL and SCP instructions in detail. I suggest you read it. http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=15069
