OMRON NT4S problem

Hello!
Is there anyone here who has a full-functional example NT4S (*.tsw) file)? I just want to learn how NT4S operates and how it is driven by CPM1A (for example). So I nedd both *.cxp (CPM1A) and a *.tsw file.
