re -using set outputs again

hi folks, my practise is like this; i have three LED that flashes three times at the same time, then all comes off. after 2 seconds LED one should come ON for 2 seconds, then OFF, comes LED TWO for 2 seconds again,OFF then LED.....

I used set and reset on my program, my question is how to re-use set/ reset on ZELIO Soft?
