wonder ware

I am trying to run wonder ware archestra, I have in touch 10.3 sp3. the problem is when I try and start archestra I get the message that archestra has stopped working and window is looking for a solution and then the window closes. I am running windows 7. Has any one seen this same problem and more importantly does anybody have a fix? Thank you

Have you followed the proper installation steps?

If you go to the Wonderware Developers website you will find a technote on the installation .

Maybe have a look at your application error logs as well.

Also explain your architecture what platforms ect. The more information the better.

IM running windows 7 64 bit os, I have sql installed on my laptop, what is the developers web sights address? I installed the software, intouch, and then realized I didn't have the archestra lic so I loaded it last. thanks for the help.

I will have to re-install the software, Im assuming and I will start over from there. thanks

Go to

www.wonderware.com

Under support tab you will see login in to Wonderware Developers Network.

Be sure to see if the SQL installed on your laptop is supported. The installation as well as the SQL should be provided with the Disk set from Wonderware. This disk set also has all the required documentation for the installation process.

Make sure you follow the installation guide for SQL.

Also look at the OS requirements.
