does anyone know where to order the touch screen cell for a panel view 550 rockwell as every other part listed except for this i just need the touch cell benzel

According to the AB/RA Knowledgebase, the Display and Bezel are not field replaceable parts. They recommend sending it in to them for repair.

you can replace them 4 screws and one ribbon cable about a 10min job i have done it anumber of times when one goes bad
