I'v siemens 6ra24 dc drive, for rolling mill, but the problem is when load is applied in thread mode, the motor speed become zero without any fault on drive, when load decreases motor again stat to revolving. what should be problem???

Is this a new installation or an old one that had been previously been working? Is the motor too small?

no, its a 10 yr old installation & motor is about 45 kw rating.

When is the last time the brushes were serviced?

sounds like someone has wired the torque sensor in reverse - if it is not the brush gear
