Fanuc DCS acceptance report

does anyone know how I can accomplish this to get a DCS setup approved?

the Fanuc DCS manual explains this is a required step but does not go into detail on how to create this report.

any suggestions would be great. Thanks

create a all backup from the robot controllers TP
find a DCSVRFY.DG dcs verify file and open with a text editor.
