CJ1W-SCU21-V1 version 1.3 need upgrade?

Dear all
i tyring to replace the faulty SCU21-V1(previous version 1.2) to SCU21-V1 version 1.3 Revision A, PCB revision AA_, my CPU CJ1G-H CPU45

My cx programmer is version 9.20, when i try toi downlaod the SCU setting, it keep telling me unsucessfull download & come out alarm Protocol macro operation error & need to update??,
It there an update version i need to upgrade before i can download? or i to do some some hardware configuaration???

That error usually means that the Unit ID switch is not set correctly.

i check already the dip switch is set at '0' same as previous setting
