Nope. You need FactoryTalk View Studio ME to create or edit an application program for a PanelView Plus terminal.
PanelBuilder32 software supports only the "Standard PanelViews", which were produced for about 15 years, ending this month.

If you do t have me you can download a trail version that allows 6 screens I think. Me is very different to Panel builder so I would download the starter manual and do done reading as the comms usually catches people out the first time , well it did me anyway
