Panel view comes up in offline mode how do i get it on line?

Is this a PanelView Standard (old black bezel) or a PanelView Plus (newer gray bezel) ?
PanelView Standard terminals typically boot up and run the installed project file.
PanelView Plus terminals can have multiple projects stored onboard, and can be configured to go to Configuration Mode or to run the current project when they boot up. Brand new out of the box, they go to Configuration Mode on every reboot.
That setting is in the configuration menus under Terminal Settings -> Startup Options.
