communicate between thinget PLC and PC

Hi friends,:p
this is my first post
firstly i don't speak English well so excuse my English.
I am doing a Project with thinget PLC( model no: XC3 -24T-E ).
I want send data (a number) to above PLC using serial port(rs232) via Vb or .Net.
i try it. but it not successful. :oops:

so, Can anyone help me
