Tried to delete my message. That date is wrong! The current version I just downloaded from UL says September 1, 2005 across the top.

OK Scratch that too. What a screwed up document. There are all kinds of dates at the tops of the pages. Hard to find out which one is the latest as there are 246 pages in the darn thing now.
