Ethernet/IP Implicit Message

Has anyone done Ethernet/IP Implicit Message with Control Logix to Control Techniques FM-3E Module ? I have this setup working with other Control Techniques Drives such as the SP, SK, and ST with no problems. I have used the Control Techniques Ethernet Quickstart guide from the FM-3E module to the T and not working.
The Explicit Message does work.
