SYNCH LINK Fault of Rockwell

Hello frnds
i have Rockwell system L63 with four Chassis A,B,C and D
with controlnet network.i have some SOE module installed in four chassis and four synch link module in ring network.now problem is in chassis B synch link module is faulted(steady red)rest all are healthy working properly.i have read manuals of synch link there it say replace the module.but when i change Chassis A synch link to B it again here shows faulted while B is ok in A chassis.i have gone through all module configuration as ok mudle as B chassis....any solution frnds..
 
I have checked a,b,c and d chassis synch link module interchange.this is not possible when every module is working properly but in B chassis any Synch link module goes faulted.while i have given same configuration to the B chassis module..any help
