Is right 'w95_s7.dll' for W2K?

I'm tryint to create my first application by using Siemens Prodave 5.5 + MS Visual Basic 6 on MS Windows 2000 Pro.

I don't succeed in making it work, and I've read that perhaps I can have problems with the 'w95_s7.dll' on Windows 2000.

Any experience?
