first of all what is a fbi unit, what plc is used. con you show us the program ??

Maybe all the bottles are NOT full, and it's working properly? It would help if you give us the brand/model of the inspection unit.

The leds on the function keys should light to indicate why the bottles are being rejected. Ensure the functions selected are correct for inspection requirements, and that they are correctly set. Ensure all sensors operate correctly by triggering and viewing that the E-leds change state on the Checkmat screen.
Ensure that the label detection sensor(s) is/are set correctly.
Is the X-ray level-detector set at the correct height?
Also, look at the labeller to ensure it is functioning correctly and not seeing placed labels at the wrong angle.
Can you post an image of the Checkmat screen?
Note: you have created 4 or 5 threads on this issue! Stick with one, please.
