i can see the panelview(pv600-2711-b6c2) USING A 1747-UIC CABLE IN RS WHO. dry to down load the program but panelview 32 cannot see the terminal.
 
When you click on download, try selecting "RSLinx Network" transfer type then select the PV in the RSWho window-then click Ok. see picture.

Remember "Download" is transferring the PB32 program to the PV.
