Keyence VT3-W4M Touch Panel Communication Error

Keyence:
PLC : KV-5000
Expansion: KV-L20V
Interface: RS232
Touch Panel: VT3-W4M


Kindly see attached file.
- I've noticed that SD and RD signal are both in color Orange while RS and CS are in color Green.

I'm suspecting that this is the reason of communication error.

Any suggestions?
