Beckhoff Panel HMI

Hi All,
I had to swap out a Beckhoff HMI with integrated keyboard and mouse
For some reason I cannot get the HMI to power up with the integrated keyboard and mouse connected, I can power up the screen with external keyboard and mouse
The HMI is connected over CP Link to Beckhoff PLC
I am using TwinCat V2.7

Anyone any ideas as to what is causing this

I was speaking with a guy from the Global Support team but he cant figure it out
