PLC Panel

Is it required to have a disconnect on a PLC Panel at only 120V and no motor control?

Required by whom? To the best of my knowledge, it is not required by the NEC.

I am assuming that you are referring to a door interlock disconnect, as would be required of a motor starter enclosure.

It took about 30 minutes to find this in the NEC book. It doesn't need a disconnect. The panel is required to be on to store data in memory and come back on during power outages.
I appreciate the reply.
Thanks a lot.

great web forum here.
