Klockner Moeller PS3 upgrasde

I am trying to track down the hardware and software to get online with an installed Klockner Moeller PS3-DC PLC.
I wish to gain the means to get online with this PLC to document the program so that I can more easily trouble shoot the system,
additionally I may wish to slightly tweak the code to meet my particular needs. Any information that would help me accomplish this would be
greatly appreciated.This was run with a 386 dx OS msdos 6.2..Does anyone have the software or know where to get it from???
I would like to bring this into 2013.Thank you
