I connected to the FP2-C2 FP3SH, I did not recieve any errors, this is strange that I did not recieve an error because when I compiled, it stated that task listed a POU that does not exist.
From this project I exported the program code only to a fp file, used FPWIN GR to verify with code online.

Questions:
How could this Project (ladder) be the one that was compiled and downloaded(creating the code that I exported to a fp file) project is missing pou, code matches plc.
I am curious how to verify a FPWIN project(ladder and code with that on the PLC.
Are there any softwares out there that can compare code or ladders off line? Thanks for any information that may help.
