How to check CQM1-CIF2 cable (OMRON PLCs)?

Hello,
I'm trying to communicate CPM1A-40CDR-A-V1 with PC (installed CX One v.4.23 Trial) by using CQM1-CIF2 cable (it looks exactly like this one http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free...-CQM1-CPM2A-CPM1A-RS232-Serial/660672924.html ) but PC can't detect connected PLC. I'm not sure if cable is efficient, so how could I test him, to make sure, that he is ok? Or maybe I'm trying to use wrong cable or it need additional adapter? I would be thankfull for any advice.
