Citect Communication Linking with 3 PLC

Dear All,

What’s is the main cause of this error on the Citect Screenshot which I cannot figure it out even though I set the parameters already all correct , did I miss out something ? Can you please help me ? Database can be connected but this issue is I can’t seem to quite get it , moreover i'm using 3 plc linking to a router switch and linking up with my Laptop. Hope you intelligent ppls can help me

My Router LAN Default Address is 192.168.250.1 Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0
Then my laptop is 192.168.250.2 Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0
