Problems with SCALANCE x108

Hello,

We are using a SCALANCE x108 switch.
After a couple of months / weeks ? the switch going to work very slow.
It is also impossible to connect the MP377 to program the HMI.
When i reboot the SCALANCE x108 everything is working fine again.

Can somebody help me?
