Communication between ET200 and PC

hello,

i am new here...

i want to communicate (data exchange) to the ET200 with pc.
i have Simatic Net (Softnet PNIO)
and ET200
i will use the profinet and Visual Studio .Net for programming.

so please any one help to design the hardware config.

i am trying to use the simple Ethernet Card for communication.

this card is ok or i need to buy CP1616 ?

please guide me for the hardware config and also give me any Manual
who help me to complete this work.
