FT View displays "?"

I'm not sure what the problem is with my FT View 6.1 ME installed. When I try to import a project, the string displays are all "?", when I can view them normally using other computers. Is this a problem with the installation? How do I install this program properly?

Is it only String Displays that are not showing data properly?

Yes, only the strings, the rest of the tags and animations are okay though. What could be the problem with this? Thanks.
