Kepware has a Sattbus serial driver in the OPC Server.

Sattbus ISA PC board driver

Yes, I Know about this opc, but to interface between Sattbus PLC to PC, we need ISA pc board. Unfortunately, we do not have the driver software for this ISA pc board.

It is very likely that you will not be able to find the ISA board. We maintain the driver for legacy device support.
