problem in making node(siemens hmi)

I have a kpt1000(siemens hmi)......I want to communicate this with the micrologix 1400...I make a data base in it but unable to make a not so it showing the error that "This connection is not avilable fot area pointer (prject_id)"

How is the Micrologix port configured?
How the KTP database set up?
