I Have a LBL instruction then later on in the ladder I have a JMP instruction back to it am I right in thinking that when the JMP instruction is true the scan jumps back to the LBL instruction thus increasing the scan time ????

be carefull.....

if you jump backwards too long, without hitting the end
statment, the scan watchdog will expire,
and the processor will fault.

Or if the LBL is below the JMP then the scan skips the logic between thus decreasing scan time.
