Cheapest CoDeSys PLC/smart relay?

What kind of cheap CoDeSys PLCs or smart relays are available these days? I'd like to have something like http://www.divelbiss.com/Products/CatFamDetails.asp?ProdCatID=1&ProdFamID=23 or http://us.idec.com/Catalog/ProductD...&FamilyName=Family&SeriesName=IDEC_SmartRelay but with a CoDeSys runtime.

www,codesys.com and yes i use a lot of codesys, wago but that is too expensive for you.
yes i do like this devilbiss, simple but it works.
hhave a look at arduino, very cheap and open source.
