Help ET200X Siemens

I have a problem with Siemens CPU 315-2DP with 2 ET200X conected, when I go in stop and next in Run on PLC on ET200 and PLC there is the led Bus Fault ON, to resume I must shunt down power supply.

Someone has a solution for this problem?

Do you have expansion i/o via profibus? If so chances are one of those
modules has failed. Describe complete system and maybe we can help.

You have probably already checked, but:

1 - Make sure your hardware profibus addresses agree with the addresses in your hardware configuration.

2 - Check your wiring (red to red, green to green)

3 - Make sure you have terminating resistors on both ends of the profibus network.
