RSEMULATE 5000 in virtualbox

I'm currently using a 64 bit win7 pc and I can't install RSEMULATE 5000 V19. Is it possible to install RSEMULATE 5000 in a virtual pc to simulate a PLC rack and then connect to it using rslogix 5000?
