Hey everyone,
I'm working on wiring up some torch reamers for a robotic welding cell and I have this new cable. It's a 5-pin Lumberg RKW 50-677/20F cable and I can't find a wiring diagram online. The color code is White Red Green Black Orange, but I'm not 100% on what terminals to terminate each wire. The current torch reamers in the cell are run through Harting connectors. The inside of the Harting plugs have the same wire labels/colors as the other side so taking it apart didn't help me and they run somewhere underneath the cell where I can't reach. I already planned on just disconnecting the old and replacing with the new wires but I can't fine the colored wires from the old cable. Has anybody wired this or a similar cable before? Which color wire goes to what? One wire goes to an input terminal, one goes to 24v, one is ground (green obviously), and two go to output terminals. Can anybody help me? My customer contact had to go to his HQ today so I have nobody here with me.
Thank You,
-Evan
