WinCC flexible Add entries to Text lists

Hi

I have been searching for solution how to add entries to text lists.
It should look something like as shown in picture below.

Is it doable with scripting? How to get access to text lists?

Thanks but I already looked through this guide.
It's possible to change entry name with tag but not the value of list element.

My idea is to add phone number to list.

So there is no way to add new entry to text list or change value of list element?

Let the entry number point to another list that holds the phonenumbers.

The whole conseption is to let end user insert new mobile numbers when needed.
This new number will be transfered to PLC for Alarm SMS-ing.

I want to make a input box for adding numbers to list and then choose number from list that will be transfered to PLC.
