communication between s7-200 & mp277

Dear friends,

For past 2 weeks i struggle with this issue. i try to transfer the project from my siemens field pg to mp 277 through s7 200 (cpu 224xp). communication not be established.

Try to check the communication setting on your Panel

I dont think you can have both Panel and PG being "only master on the bus".

Apart from that, in the Set PG/PC Interface, there is a Diagnostics button. Use that to try and see if the MP277 is present.

What cable are you using. The grey MPI cable or Profibus cable and connectors ?
