Upload mitsubishi QnA program in language it was written

Hello. Is it possible to upload PLC program (Mitsubishi QnA) and get it in language it was written and not in ST?

It depends on what it was programmed in if it was done in GX Developer then yes, however if GXIEC Developer was used the code will not translate into ladder properly (in GXDev).
Also if you use GXIEC you cannot upload from plc in ladder or IEC format there is one exception if the compressed source code was downloaded to the plc it is possible to upload however most people don't do this or even know that it's possible given enough memory.
